What we collect

When you submit a creator application we collect your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, date of birth, country, optional preferred language, the platforms you use, your public creator and social profile links, how long you have been creating, indicative revenue and following ranges, whether you work with another agency, the areas you want support with and the written answers you provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to assess whether Ascend and you may be a suitable fit, to verify that applicants are aged 18 or over, and to contact you about your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and no results or earnings are guaranteed.

What we do not collect

We never ask for government identification, passwords, banking details, explicit content or your home address.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a secured database. They are not publicly readable: website visitors cannot read, change or delete application data. Access is limited to the Ascend team members who review applications.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information in your application at any time by contacting us at privacy@ascend.agency.

Job applications

When you apply for a role through our careers pages we collect your name, email address, phone number, an optional LinkedIn or portfolio link, the role you apply for, your motivation and, if you upload one, your CV. This information is stored in a secured database, CV files are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly readable, and access is limited to the Ascend team members involved in hiring.

We keep the data of unsuccessful applications for four weeks after the application process closes, after which it is deleted. If you give us explicit consent, we may keep your details for up to one year so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your application data at any time at privacy@ascend.agency.
