Why we started
The industry was growing. The standard was not.
We saw an industry built around creators, but too often not built for them.
Creators were expected to be visible, consistent and available. Their image was public. Their reputation was attached to every decision. They carried the personal risk, yet the support behind them was often inconsistent, impersonal or focused only on the next short-term result.
Too many creators were treated like accounts instead of people building serious businesses.
Strategies were copied from one creator to the next. Chat teams worked from generic scripts without truly understanding the woman behind the profile. Communication disappeared when results slowed down. Attention moved toward whichever account was performing best that week.
The creator remained visible through all of it.
The management often did not.
She carries the name. She takes the risk. She deserves the commitment.
Every piece of content is connected to the creator's identity, reputation and future. That decision should never be treated casually by the people managing the business behind it.
We believe that if a woman chooses to take this opportunity seriously, her team should do the same. That means showing up consistently, communicating clearly and doing everything possible to help her build something worthwhile.

Sascha and Milan founded Ascend to create the kind of agency they believed the industry was missing.
An agency where creators receive more than chat management. Where the strategy is built around the individual. Where every part of the business works together. Where communication does not disappear when something becomes difficult.
They did not want to build another agency focused only on extracting more from an account.
They wanted to build a team that puts more behind the creator.
That idea became Ascend.

Today, Ascend is an international creator management agency based in Amsterdam.
We work across platforms including OnlyFans, Fansly and Instagram, bringing strategy, management and daily support together around each creator.
But the ambition goes further than managing an account.
