Ascend is growing fast. We are looking for an ambitious Creator Success Manager who becomes the steady point of contact for our creators in the Dutch market. You guide them as they grow, keep an overview of their trajectories and make sure they get the most out of themselves and their results. You work directly with the founders and have real influence on how we guide creators.

Responsibilities
What you will do
- You are the first point of contact for a fixed group of creators and build a relationship where they are honest with you
- You run weekly growth conversations and translate them into concrete actions
- You track progress on strategy, content and revenue, and spot early when something stalls
- You align with the content, chat and marketing teams so a creator gets one story back instead of four
- You guide new creators through their onboarding
- You help shape how we professionalise our guidance further

Requirements
What you bring
- Strong communicator, in Dutch and English
- You keep an overview across several trajectories at once without anything slipping through
- You are comfortable with direct conversations: motivating and correcting
- Affinity with social media, the creator economy and online entrepreneurship
- Independent, reliable and structured. Remote work asks for discipline
- You understand that you work with young entrepreneurs in a sector that asks for discretion, and you handle that professionally
